In other words, Kundalini Yoga is called "Yoga of consciousness" and is intended for both individuals and the whole families living and working in the today’s society in hurry, full of stress and psychical burden. This Yoga will help you reach clear mind, vitality and healthy life through self-discovery of the own unlimited creative potential. We will learn breathing correctly, stretching, strengthening physical and psychical condition by means of hormons, organs, nerves and circulation. It also includes meditation. Every hour includes warm-up, stretching, breathing, moving, yoga positions, meditation or singing mantras. During Kundalini Yoga lessons there is no essential difference between advanced persons and beginners. Students do what they can manage. Thus, they feel good. Already after the first exercise you can experience effects of this Yoga, the feeling of health, well-being and vitality.

Traditional yoga is enriched by various waves by the body, movement into the space, isolation of the individual parts of the body, etc. Dance Yoga arouses in us internal strength, balance, peace, but also new energy and vitality.
