Therapeutic meditations
By means of meditations, we connect ourselves with higher levels of our consciousness in which lies the internal force necessary for realizing and releasing undesirable habits, convictions and burden from the past. By releasing these non-harmonic forms of thinking and feeling, the internal calm and the permanent removal of physical and psychical difficulties can be achieved excellently. In connection with your wish and needs it is possible to go through therapeutic meditations both individually and in groups.
Individual therapeutic meditations
Individual therapeutic meditations are conducted by experienced therapists. They are carried out in therapeutic rooms or in the meditation hall. This meditation may take 1 - 2 hours, according to the subject on which it is focused. The meditation should follow after the introductory consultation with the therapist who will accompany you through higher levels of consciousness and who, after the personal discussion with you, will propose to you a subject, focus of the meditation and possible number of your visits. This personal introductory consultation takes 60 minutes.

Group meditations
They are conducted in a group of up to 10 persons in the meditation hall under the guidance of experienced therapists. These meditations last 2 hours. The individual meditations have their subjects prepared in advance with which we work in a group. Meditations are conducted every even week (except for banking holidays) on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. You are cordially invited.
Group meditations for the public are conducted on every even Wednesday (except for banking holidays) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The meditations are conducted in the meditation room in the Centre for Permanent Health.
