Finish sauna (95 °C - 100 °C)
Sauning relaxes both the body and soul, brings psychical and physical relaxation and contributes to the renewal of physical strengths. Warming up the body above the normal body temperature is pleasant and relaxing. In the sauna, tired muscles are released and the stressed brain is calmed down, as the body washes away substances bringing relief into the blood, such as endorphins. There is no recommended period for which you should be warmed up. The golden rule applies here: as long as you like it; in spite of that it is necessary to be careful about the feelings of nose and face skin burning and the increased feeling of heat. Usually, it occurs in circa 15 minutes, according to the air temperature in the warming-up room of the sauna. Every prolonged stay, both in heat and cold, is a risky matter. For a better feeling from sauning, various aids are used for supplying the skin with blood (brushes, facecloths), and mainly targeted auto massage. After warming up in the sauna, the body is cooled down either by just staying in the cold air or - preferably - by a sharp decrease in the temperature by showering or, as the best, by jumping into the small cooling swimming pool. In spite of the fact that is does not look like that, sharp cooling down causes pleasant feelings.
Sauning of children
(only upon agreement, more information of this possibility is available at the reception desk)
Sauning is intended for children, toddlers and suckling infants from the completed 6th month of the age. Sauning is carried out at temperatures around 40 °C - 60° C and lasts for 20 -30 minutes. Infra sauna and Finish sauna are at disposal. Children sauning regularly once per week are:
more hardened
- more resistant to diseases
- less ill
- sleep and eat better
Taking a sauna by children is considered generally as a good supplement to the total increase in children’s resistance, it serves well as the prevention of respiration virosis. It is possible to start with it already at the age of 6 months. The temperature in the sauna is lower for so small children than for adults, their stay in the sauna is shorter and sufficient intake of liquids is necessary. Also subsequent cooling down is shorter and with a smaller temperature difference (from hot up to tepid temperature shower with gradual cooling down from small legs to the head of the child is recommended). It is also important to have a sufficiently long period of rest after sauning, before the child goes out. It applies to every sauning with children that the presence of an adult is always necessary. With the smallest children, their parents take a sauna principally at once. The supervision of two adults is sufficient for older children, of whom one is inside the sauna with children and the other is prepared outside to help, if necessary (taking a shower, going to WC, etc.). The area is secured by the supervision of a person informed of sauning.
