Bodyform (bodyball)
is exercising focused on shaping the body. A lesson starts with aerobic warm-up for warming muscles and improving the blood circulation. It continues with firming muscles up by using various equipment – dumb-bells, overballs, fitballs, etc. The methods of pilates also reflected in this exercise leading to the control of movement, slimming, involving deep muscles so that the backbone and joints are protected as much as possible. It is dynamic exercising suitable for healthy persons.
