This exercise includes elements of Gravid yoga, which is exercising and relaxation technique specially focused on the support of psychical well-being and physical condition until the late stage of pregnancy. Exercising is adjusted for expectant mothers according to their individual needs and stage of pregnancy. Physical, breathing and relaxation exercises take effect complexly and harmonize all physical and psychical functions. Further, it also includes Exercises with fitballs, where it is a supportive rehabilitation technique, not only in pregnancy, but also during and after the delivery. Playful and physically not demanding exercising is excellent especially for releasing of tension, but it also focuses on the parts of the body and the individual muscular groups most affected by pregnancy. Expectant mothers benefit from the relaxation and exercises during pregnancy as well as delivery. In pregnancy, this exercise is very recommended.
Pregnancy exercises according to L. Mojžíšová
Exercising is focused on good condition in pregnancy and prepares pregnant women for easier mastering the delivery and for work with breathing. It helps get rid of fear and uncertainty, deepens the perception of the own body. It supports establishing the conscious relation with the baby.

Oriental dance for pregnant women
based on very old delivery rituals. It is directly created for welcoming new life in the world. They are just pregnant women who learn it most easily. It enables just to them to experience the most intimate contact with their babies who are gently massaged and stroked with natural, slow and swinging movements. Moreover, in this dance abdominal and back muscles are strengthened that are burdened during pregnancy most. This dance is an ideal form of movement for expectant mothers during which they get rid of their fears and doubts, get to know their body, its possibilities, and master the art of their own transformation. It is an excellent physical and psychical preparation for the delivery, active relaxation and it contributes definitely to facilitating and speeding up the delivery process. Women in labour performing this technique are able to feel better and meet needs of their own body and their child, not only during the delivery, but also in the following period.
