The body returns after the delivery slowly to its original condition, a lot of changes are happening and also frequent carrying babies and breastfeeding are demanding for the correct posture. It is necessary to strengthen weakened muscles correctly and stretch shortened muscles. Backaches, headaches, problem with after-delivery incontinence, slack muscles of the pelvic floor, belly and buttocks – all this can be remedied with correct exercising and also to practice how to use the body correctly during everyday activities. Exercises are suitable not only after the normal delivery, but also after the delivery by the Ceasarean section. It is possible to start already during the confinement according to the individual condition (or it is possible to get advice directly from the female lecturer) and until the time your child will allow it to you – usually until the time of crawling. During exercising, babies are with us in the gym, so it is possible, if necessary, to breastfeed, change, etc. them.
