It helps with the correct shaping the body, strengthening the abdomen, is considerate to joints and does not overload muscles, improves the posture, stimulates the digestive organs, improves the blood circulation, strengthens mental health and supports sound self-confidence.

Oriental dance for mothers with children from 2 to 5 years (mothers dance, children play – for mothers who have no babysitters...) The dancing amusing and playing programme for mothers who have small children and no babysitters. A lot of mothers would like to dance, but have no babysitters for their small children, they do not want to leave them, etc. Therefore, we have devised the regime of teaching when it is possible to come to dance also with children. In these lessons you will dance and can have your children with you, dance with them, if they want to join, or let them play freely. Childern have an option: to take part in dancing with you in a natural form or play with the other children, moreover they can be close to you all the time. The sense of rhythm, joy of music or elegance of movement are developed in them in a low-pressure form connected with the rhythm of music and absorption of the atmosphere of the whole meeting. Next to you, children learn to perceive their body, music, rhythmics and develop their basic natural skills - everything in a low-pressure form, in the form of game and subconscious perception of your activity connected with music, rhythm, movement.
