The exercising Tai Chi we offer to you is intended not only for seniors, but for everybody having problems with the neck or lumbar backbone, knees, shoulders, elbows or hips. To all who cannot enjoy everyday movement. The configurations we will exercise consist of simple, but very effective exercises that will help you regenerate big joints and muscles, regulate blood pressure, strengthen the immunity system and enlarge the lungs capacity. Your skin will be supplied better with nourishing substances, minerals and trace elements, which will also show itself by rejuvenation of your appearance. The joy of movement will return to your life again. Our body and mind are created for movement. Stagnation and not using these gifts result in illnesses and suffering. The harmonic connection of the body, mind and soul will allow us to enjoy our life at any age. Your healthy problems will diminish gradually and your body will become younger. Your walk will be more secure, without any problems with maintaining balance. No stairs will cause you any pain or breathing difficulties. Tai Chi is also suitable for persons with excess weight, depressions, asthma or diabetes. Exercises are very considerate, they take into consideration the individual weakening and help with their removal. Everybody exercises according to his possibilities. You can exercise the whole configuration or the individual exercises only focused on a particular problem. You do not need any special equipment for exercising, just comfortable clothes and shoes for the gym. After mastering the configuration, you can also exercise at home, and thus improving your health.


Remedial and regeneration exercise SM system for men, women and all age categories

The exercising includes exercises according to L. Mojžíšová (you will learn the whole configuration of exercises) and the SM system exercises with elastic rope according to MUDr. R. Smíšek. Exercising according to Ms L. Mojžíšová is not intended only for women trying to become pregnant, as often declared, but it is intended (and originally it was so) for everybody with problems of the locomotive apparatus – backaches, headaches, as the prevention and often also successful solution of incontinence, it is very beneficial as exercises after delivery, etc. SM system exercising is excellent as compensation of sitting at work and unilateral sports, as exercise after delivery, for the regeneration of the backbone and joints, for forming a nice figure, strengthening intervertebral, abdominal and gluetal muscles, in case of scoliosis, hyperlordosis. Also for the development of balance and stability of walking, also at a higher age and in case of flat feet. It is also suitable in pregnancy and in case of infertility and the preparation for conception. Fill your morning time before work and recharge with energy for the whole day.

Aqua gymnastics for seniors


Fitness exercises for all age categories against water resistance. It is a full-value, cardiovascular, endurance and weightlifting training leading to the improvement of your condition. Aqua gymnastics is movement-aesthetic gymnastic exercising with music. It develops joint moveability, flexibility and coordination of movements as well as the development of muscular strength and endurance. Water equipment is used for maintaining stability, balance and upright posture and at the same time it is a very effective method of rehabilitation and exercise after injury. Aqua gymnastics is performed in two forms: walking and exercising in low water and then training in deep water by means of various lifting equipment. As the other aqua fitness activities, aqua gymnastics also has its specifics, but at the same time all positive aspects of exercising in water, i.e. it is considerate to joints and has rehabilitation effects. You will achieve visibly better physical condition already during the first aqua gymnast lessons, it will result in developing your muscles and muscular endurance.
