Slim, fit and in good form! In brief, it is not possible without moving!
You can hear the term "to be fit" around you every day. Do you know, however, what does it mean? For example, it means not to lose your breath when catching a tram, not to become tired when doing every activity requiring increased efforts, have a lot of energy and do not feel tired. When you are fit, you feel newly and freshly also at the end of the day, you are fine, sleep well and enjoy your life. In order to feel fit, you do not have to be a top sportsman, but it is enough to do exercising regularly, simply to move and not to let your body idle. Moving and exercising strengthen your cardiovascular system and influence positively the metabolism of blood fats (especially cholesterol). It strengthens weakened muscles and eliminates muscular dysbalances. It enables you to “let off steam” in relation to your problems, reduces stress. It is good for your psyche and strengthens the immune system. Last but not least, it helps improve proportions of the body, when your awards will be your nice figure and higher self-confidence. Do not postpone your decision saying "I do not have any time". Movement should be a pleasant and regular habit for you. We would like to describe to you some of the possibilities how to improve your health and physical condition virtually at every age. When selecting exercises, you have to take into consideration your age, know your health restrictions and adjust the quality and demand of exercising to them.
