Callanetics is a relatively simple exercise, the purpose of which is to strengthen and shape the body. The exercise is focused on simultaneous contracting and stretching muscles – hereby the body is not only strengthened, but its flexibility is also increased. The basis is frequent repeating of movements with a small extent. During the Callanetics lesson, we practice each muscle gradually. Hereby we start perceiving our body better and we will realize how does it work in fact. Callanetics is perhaps the only exercise from which the body benefits only and really everyone can go in for it, even older people or expectant mothers who can thus prepare for their delivery well. As Callanetics exercises do not include any jumping, they are considerate to our joints. Try to “let off steam“ and form your body with Callanetics.

You will feel much better already after one lesson. Gradually, your body will strengthen considerably, its posture will improve and, in addition, your backaches will alleviate considerably or disappear at all.
