Swimming
Sparkling, clean and pleasantly hot water, modified with chlorination and ozonization in the swimming pool sized 12 x 3.5m with counter-current for condition swimming. On its sides, the swimming pool is equipped with massage nozzles and has handrails for exercising. The private environment contributes to perfect relaxation. Ideal for relaxation swimming and rest, exercises after injuries, swimming with small children, aqua gymnastics and aqua fitness. Regular events are held in the swimming pool:

Aqua gymnastics
Fitness exercises for all age categories against water resistance. It is a full-value, cardiovascular, endurance and weightlifting training leading to improving your condition. Aqua gymnastics is a movement-aesthetic gymnastic exercise with music. It develops joint moveability, flexibility and coordination of movements as well as muscular strength and endurance. Water tools are used for maintaining stability, balance and upright posture, and at the same time it is therefore a very effective way of rehabilitation and exercise after injury. Aqua gymnastics is performed in two forms: walking and exercising in low water and than training in deep water by means of various floating equipment. As the other aqua fitness activities, aqua gymnastics has also it specifics, but at the same time all positive aspects of exercising in water, i.e. it is considerate to joints and has rehabilitation effects. Already during the first lessons of aqua gymnastics you will achieve visibly better physical condition, your muscles and muscular endurance will develop. Suitable for all age categories.
Courses of swimming for suckling infants and toddlers
For mothers with children from six months, we offer the swimming course for mothers with their children. We swim in a beautiful, modern environment, the swimming pool is cosy and meets all hygiene standards. The courses are held under a professional guidance of accredited female lecturers.
Swimming for pre-school children
For mothers with children up to 3 years we offer the course for pre-school children. We swim in a nice, modern environment, the swimming pool is cosy and meets all hygienic standards. The courses are held under professional leading of accredited female lecturers.
• the lessons are focused on the natural development of children, swimming with swimming aids, water games and basics of swimming styles
• the lessons are intensive and with frequently changing activities, children pay attention better
• as part of the swimming lessons we will learn to float, breathe out into water, dive, jump
• children with comparable swimming skills and maximally six-month age difference are in groups
• during lessons we have, of course, the individual approach to each child
Exercises for pregnant women
Exercising and relaxation under of a female lecturer’s professional guidance. Swimming for pregnant women is a very popular activity, especially in the second half of pregnancy, as water helps floating, and thus mothers feel very comfortably and relaxed. It is known that in water some pregnancy problems disappear or at least are reduced, for example backaches; the area of the neck and shoulders will be released, tendons and joints are not loaded so much as when doing exercises out of water. This exercise focuses on exercises supporting the muscular groups for the delivery, releasing of the pelvic floor, strengthening the breast, gluteus and back muscles. We do not forget about the relaxation and practicing the correct breathing either. You will learn the most important thing, i.e. breathing, you will improve your condition and, among others, you will take a rest in a pleasant way from your everyday rush and worries, exchange your experience, enhance your mood. All this will certainly contribute to your "pleasant" delivery. This movement activity has no limitations, it is not important in which month of pregnancy you are, but how you feel and what your pregnancy condition allows you. The meetings are designed for small groups of women (max. 6 women). They are focused mainly on maintaining good physical and psychical condition and relaxation.
